We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used whitening products are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue.
We will provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
