Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after receiving your confirmation email.


Customs & Import Duties

Address Accuracy

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist you where possible, but we are not responsible for packages once marked as delivered.
